 In the Company, there is complete manufacturing equipment for the smelting, squeezing, wire-drawing, wire-circling, and packing of alloy wires with output of 10000 tons. There are also some advanced instrument for the chemical analysis, testing and measurement of products and raw materials。 Today, our Company is the second largest manufacturer of arc-sprayed metal materials for head contact layer of film capacitors with complete series in China. The products include Low melting point lead-free spraying wires, zinc wire (bar), low-melting-point spraying wire (bar), lead-free tin solder wire，tin-zinc wire. Some of them are also used in soft-soldering or as spraying metal materials for corrosion protection. The product conform to environment requirement of Europe and USA, such as RoHS and WEEE. The company has passed the certification of ISO 9001-2000 quality management system, ISO 140001 :2004 environmental management system and OHSAS18001.
